Workflow automation
End-to-end flows that move data, trigger actions, and close the loop across your tools — with AI making the judgment calls a script can’t. Document handling, customer ops, compliance review, sales follow-up.
Senior US team · AI-augmented delivery · Regulated industries
AI automations and custom software for businesses that can’t afford to get it wrong. Working software in days — production in weeks, not quarters.
What we build
Production-grade automations and full custom platforms — built on your stack, integrated with your tools, and reviewed by senior engineers at every step.
End-to-end flows that move data, trigger actions, and close the loop across your tools — with AI making the judgment calls a script can’t. Document handling, customer ops, compliance review, sales follow-up.
Internal copilots that know your data, agents for repeatable ops requests, RAG over your knowledge base.
Document extraction, intake triage, ticket routing, contract review, intelligent search — LLMs turned into product.
When off-the-shelf almost fits, we build the thing that actually does: loan origination systems, case management platforms, B2B CRMs, carrier integrations. Spec to production, code and infrastructure handed to you.
Why us
No junior bench, no account-manager layer. The people who scope the work also write the code — US-led, with distributed senior engineers behind every line.
AI is embedded in every stage — spec, build, test — so projects that used to take quarters reach working software in days and production in weeks.
Fintech, Insurtech, Legaltech. We know your compliance, audit, and integration constraints before you finish explaining them.
How we work
The name is the method. Three steps, fixed cadence, no surprises.
A paid spec sprint that stands alone. You walk away with a written spec, architecture diagram, and milestone plan you own outright — whether you build with us or not.
Your team in the loop the whole way. AI-augmented, human-reviewed. First working software in days. Capped burn rates — never uncapped open-ended T&M.
Documentation, monitoring, and post-launch support included. Code, infrastructure, and every decision stay with you. No proprietary lock-in, ever.
Case studies
Problem Niche US lenders needed a tailored origination flow that standard platforms couldn’t support.
Outcome End-to-end custom LOS handling non-standard underwriting workflows at scale — live in production with active lenders.
Problem One of Eastern Europe’s largest banks needed a unified system for complex legal matters.
Outcome Enterprise platform managing thousands of active matters across multiple departments.
Problem A New York insurer lacked tooling to manage its broker and carrier network effectively.
Outcome Purpose-built B2B CRM streamlining relationships across the full distribution chain — live in production.
About
We started onetwothreework because we kept seeing the same thing: smart companies stuck with off-the-shelf software that almost fit. A lender bending underwriting rules around a vendor product. An insurer paying seven figures for a CRM that didn’t understand brokers. A law firm running its biggest matters out of spreadsheets.
So we built a small senior team to do what those companies actually needed: write the software, ship it fast, and stand behind it. The people who scope the work also write the code — and AI handles the parts that used to soak up weeks.
We’re a Los Angeles-based boutique with senior engineers across two continents, and we pick projects where the problem is real and the constraints are interesting.

FAQ
Most engagements start with a paid two-week discovery sprint. After that: two-week sprints on time-and-materials with monthly burn-rate caps, or milestone-based fixed scope when the work is well-defined. We never do uncapped, open-ended T&M.
The discovery sprint stands alone — you walk away with a spec and architecture even if you don’t build with us. Beyond that, a typical engagement is at least a few months of senior engineering. If your problem is smaller, we’ll say so and recommend someone who fits.
You do. Code, infrastructure-as-code, documentation, and decisions transfer to you at every milestone. No proprietary frameworks, no deliverables held hostage. Stop the engagement anytime — you keep everything.
Headquarters and senior engineering leadership are in Los Angeles, with additional senior engineers across two continents for near-24-hour delivery cycles. Every engagement has a US-based point of contact accountable for outcomes.
Yes. NDAs as standard before any sensitive conversation; DPAs and BAAs as needed for regulated engagements. Send your template and we’ll review within a few business days.
